Seven-O-Seven Operations' Members and Friends Christmas Train to Warragul

Please join us on Saturday, the 13^th of December, for our 2025 Members and Friends Christmas train social get together. This year, our members and friends' Christmas train will travel to Warragul for lunch at the Club Hotel.

The 2025 Members and Friends Christmas train to Warragul will operate to the following timetable:

• Newport (MTM station, platform 1): 08:57
• Melbourne Southern Cross (platform 13) : 09:15
• Flinders Street station (platform 10): 09:30
• Caulfield (platform 4): 09:46
• Dandenong (platform 3): 10:16
• Warragul (arrive): 11:25

From Warragul station, it’s a very short 3-minute walk to the Club Hotel for our included lunch.

Our return journey will operate on the following timetable:

• Warragul (depart): 15:30
• Dandenong: 16:47
• Caulfield: 17:15
• Flinders Street: 17:35
• Southern Cross: 17:43
• Newport (MTM station): 18:01

The train will be hauled by a mixture of diesel locomotives from the 707 Operations collection. R 707 will join should fire restrictions permit its operation (however, in mid-December, this is highly unlikely). While in Warragul, lunch will be provided for all financial members of the organisation at the Club Hotel, a short 3-minute walk from the Warragul Railway Station.

If you have friends who wish to join, why not invite them to join as members beforehand to enjoy this excellent benefit? We want to see as many members as possible travelling to Warragul this year. One single membership = one member ticket and lunch. A family membership = tickets and lunch for all nominated family members upon application, with family names given at application time.
